Moonshoot (hereinafter referred to as Company) is a online education service provider. The company's business operation and website may contain users or company staffs' personal information (hereinafter referred to as Information). With consideration of the protection of individual privacy and social obligation, the Company brings forward below policy to protect all users' information and to provide a safe platform.
Policy
1. The access and usage of personal information •Must be accessed and used through legal approaches •Must be used within the company's business operations •Must be authorized by the information owner before disclose to any third party. •Prohibited to use outside business operations •Must be authorized by the information owner before use into non-business operations. 2. Laws and regulations of the state (hereinafter referred to as laws and regulations) •The company will strictly follow the laws and regulations of the state. All company staffs (hereinafter referred to as Employee) should also follow the laws and regulations of the state. 3. The protection and management of personal information •The company will take all measures to prevent the information from loss, theft, misuse, access without authorization, disclose, change and destroy. •Once an illegal events or failure is found during inspection, the company will solve the problems immediately, and will make enhancement to prevent such occurrences. •Company provides professional data protection training to employees. 4. Enquiry and Feedback •The company provides a personal information consultation window to receive enquiries and feedbacks. The company will handle all users' problems as soon as possible. 5. Remarks •The company will build a solid information protect system to monitor all operations. The company will keep optimizing the system. Any illegal behavior, mistake or defect will be fixed immediately.
